Emily Rose Events was born from a genuine love for weddings and years of hands-on experience. Together with my small, dedicated team we work closely with each couple to bring their vision to life. Always with care, creativity and a calm, organised approach. Every celebration we plan is treated with the same heartfelt attention to detail, ensuring your day feels as special to us as it does to you.
My Journey So Far
I’m Emily, founder and lead coordinator at Emily Rose Events.
With a background in Fine Art, creativity has always been at the heart of everything I do. Whether I’m finding thoughtful solutions to unexpected challenges, creating seamless timelines or ensuring every detail comes together beautifully on the day, I bring a creative eye and calm approach to every wedding I coordinate.
My journey into weddings began in hospitality, where I developed a strong foundation in organisation, attention to detail and exceptional guest experience. Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of roles including wedding planner, venue manager and catering manager, giving me invaluable hands-on experience across every aspect of event delivery.
Alongside running Emily Rose Events, I continue to work with the stunning Minterne House in Dorset, supporting the planning and delivery of weddings and events at this beautiful stately home venue. Through my work there, I have gained extensive experience in wedding planning, event coordination, venue operations, marketing, sales and team management, helping to deliver countless memorable celebrations.
Having coordinated and managed over 100 weddings and events throughout my career, I understand that no two celebrations are ever the same. My role is to take the stress away, guide you through the final stages of planning and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
I believe the best weddings feel effortless for the couple and their guests. Through careful planning, clear communication and a calm, supportive presence, I help turn months (or years!) of preparation into a day that feels relaxed, joyful and unforgettable.
When I’m not coordinating weddings, you’ll usually find me exploring Dorset’s beautiful countryside and coastline, enjoying time with family and friends or seeking inspiration for my next creative project.
