My six week coordination service is for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want an experienced coordinator to bring everything together in the final weeks and run the wedding day.
Six weeks before your wedding, I step in. I get to know your plans, take over supplier communication, work through the logistics and create a detailed timeline for everyone involved.
By the time the wedding arrives, you can switch off from the organising knowing someone else has the plan firmly in hand.

Six week handover
A detailed handover meeting to go through everything you’ve planned and pick up anything still outstanding.
Venue walkthrough
We’ll walk through the day at your venue, covering layouts, access, set up, guest flow and logistics.
Supplier liaison
I’ll take over supplier communication, confirming timings, access and final details ahead of the wedding.
Detailed wedding timeline
A comprehensive timeline covering supplier arrivals, set up, key timings and everything happening behind the scenes.
Final logistics
I’ll work through deliveries, transport, room turnarounds, wet weather plans and all the practical details of your day.
Set up support
Support ahead of the wedding to make sure everything is in place and ready for your guests.
Wedding day coordination
I’ll manage suppliers, timings and logistics, keeping everything moving and handling any issues behind the scenes.

Includes six weeks of coordination and final planning, venue walkthrough, supplier liaison, detailed timeline, set-up support and on-the-day coordination.
Travel within 30 miles is included with additional mileage charged at 45p per mile. Accommodation may be required for weddings further afield depending on the location and timings.
For larger or more logistically complex weddings an additional coordinator can be arranged for an additional fee.
25% deposit (£487.50) to secure your date.
