Our coordination service begins six weeks before your wedding day. We start with a thorough handover and site visit to understand your plans, priorities, and how you envision the day unfolding.
From there, we take over the reins – contacting all suppliers to confirm the finer details, creating a comprehensive timeline, and producing floorplans to ensure nothing is left to chance. We’re here to support you in the final weeks, handling everything from logistics and last-minute item sourcing to table plans, troubleshooting, and anything else you need.
We’re also there to assist with setup the day before and provide full coordination on the wedding day itself – overseeing suppliers, managing the schedule, and making sure everything runs smoothly, so you can simply enjoy every moment.

Consultation & Handover (Week 6)
We’ll meet to get to know you, your plans, and what matters most for your day. You’ll hand over all your supplier details, timelines, and plans so far—and we’ll take it from there. From this point on, we become your main point of contact.
Final Planning & Logistics (Weeks 5–4)
We’ll review everything with a fine-tooth comb—confirm timings, troubleshoot gaps, liaise with suppliers, and create a detailed wedding day schedule. You’ll feel reassured knowing every detail is covered.
Supplier Coordination (Weeks 3–1)
We’ll touch base with all suppliers, share the final schedule, and make sure everyone knows where they need to be and when. You'll have our full support throughout the coordination period.
Wedding Day Management (On the day)
We’re there from start to finish—overseeing setup, managing suppliers, keeping everything on track, and ensuring you, your family, and your guests are free to enjoy the day. Calm, organised, and always one step ahead.
