Our six-week coordination service is designed to take the pressure off during the final stages of planning, giving you the freedom to enjoy your celebration while we handle the logistics.
Wedding Day Coordination
£1950
This includes:
- Support from six weeks out
- Handover and venue/site walkthrough
- Creation of schedules and floorplans
- Supplier liaison and confirmations
- Final troubleshooting and planning support
- Day-before setup assistance
- On-the-day coordination until all elements are complete and smoothly managed
Additions
Extra coordinator
Required for weddings with over 80 guests or complex elements – £250
Breakdown management
We stay after all coordination is handled, until the very end of the event to pack away and lock up the venue/ marquee if necessary – £250
We return the following day to manage pack-down and ensure the venue is left as agreed – £500
Mileage Charges
We proudly serve couples across Dorset and beyond. Travel within 30 miles of our base in Dorset is included in your coordination fee. For venues beyond this radius, mileage is charged at 45p per mile, based on a return journey from our base.
Overnight Stays
If your venue is over 90 minutes away or we’re assisting with early setup, late finish or next day break-down, overnight accommodation may be required. This will always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
